Mental disorders are rising in cases by the day, but the term still weighs heavy with stigma. Our emotional well-being is just as important as physical health, but unfortunately, it’s often ignored until the condition gets progressively worse.

We know the path towards getting therapy is long and often arduous. Invasive questioning, long wait times for appointments and the possible worry of being seen in a psychiatric clinic are just a few concerns for those seeking treatment.

We believe that everyone deserves a safe space of their own. A space where you can freely share your thoughts, worries and fears to a professional counsellor and receive exactly the support and care you need.

Most people spend at least half their lives in their workspace, with the term ‘work-life balance’ often touted as a benefit rather than a given in a job. Feelings of stress, exhaustion and being burnt out are very common, but are rarely resolved before the next work cycle kicks in.

These issues are often exaggerated if one does not get along well with their colleagues, bosses or employees.

Therapy for career-related issues is also an ongoing process in overcoming specific problems, from learning better time management skills to doing meditation exercises.
